We all have felt the allure of the ever-evolving internet; more and more often glued to our phones and computers, and what for? Here, we find ourselves a success story— where the power of the internet is used for good.

He was in Beirut during the Lebanon-Israeli war, and she was in a small village outside of Rotterdam— what might as well have been the other side of the world. Not one, but two times, chance brings them together online, sparking the beginning of what would become one of the most epic modern love stories we have ever heard. Rami and Marinka, despite the odds stacked against them, find love in a computer screen.
