For the past few years, podcasts have transformed her mundane work commutes and many airport transits into fascinating educational experiences.  This is her first attempt at delving into the curiously magical realm of radio.   HEBAH FISHER   CO-FOUNDER BUSINESS DIRECTOR   Hebah Fisher  studied Global Development and built microfinance and incubation programs for small businesses in the US and the Gulf. Currently based between Dubai and Seattle, Hebah cohosts and is the business director for KC.

 DANA BALLOUT  EDITOR   Dana Ballout  is a Lebanese-American documentary producer, journalist and storyteller. She's previously worked at The Wall Street Journal, Al Jazeera America and the United Nations. She fell in love with podcasts in 2011 and dreams of one day reading the credits on Radiolab.

 alexandra chaves  PRODUCER  Alexandra Chaves is a multimedia journalist and writer based in Dubai. She has spent more than half of her life in the Middle East after moving from the Philippines at a young age. Storytelling has always been a big part of her life, from writing poetry as a child to becoming a journalist in her twenties.

 MAYADA GHAZALA  MULTIMEDIA PRODUCER  Mayada decided to pursue a career in storytelling and video production when her elementary school teacher took her class on a field trip to the Muhammad Ali mosque in Cairo, Egypt. Since then, her passion has driven her to study communications at Cairo University, then get a masters' degree in digital journalism from American University in Washington, D.C.  She is currently a digital producer based in Washington, D.C.

 GHENWA HAKIM  LEGAL ADVISOR  Ghenwa Hakim is a Lebanese-American attorney living in Boston, with much of her heart in the Middle East. With degrees in law, international relations and public health she spends her professional life listening to people's stories as she advocates for individuals and communities.

 PERCIA VERLIN  PRODUCER   Percia Kazemi Verlin  grew up in a mixed race and religion family united by a love for each other and national public radio. She studied international relations in college while pursuing independent podcasting projects before interning for Radiolab in 2016. Percia is now based in NYC.
